The Management Team

Cynosure is headed by Ms. Umm e Zia. Umm e possesses a combined MBA from the University of District of Columbia and George Washington University, USA. She has diverse experience in international settings in both corporate and non profit sectors. Umm e has served as Country Representative Pakistan of Heifer International, a US based international NGO dedicated to community development, sustainable livelihoods, and gender equity. Moreover, she has undertaken several local and international assignments in the areas of Rural Development, Livelihoods, Environment, and Organizational Development. Some of her key clients include the United Nations, Aga Khan Development Network, Asian Development Bank, Deloitte Touche Thomatsu, several international NGOs and environmental groups, and the Government of Pakistan. Umm e is also trained as a professional trainer and workshop facilitator and is fluent in five regional languages.
